With A Joyful Heart

Hi all
It is Tracey here with my inspiration post for this month. The sponsor  for the challenge this month is Bugaboo Stamps

They are offering the lucky winner 4 images as the prize
I have used my all time favourite digi  image from Tiddly Inks for my project this month. I hand cut the card shape using a dutch doobadoo template .It was nice to do a different shaped card for a change . I used a spellbinders die for the frame around the image which I enhanced with some faux stitching using a sakura gel pen. The  butterflies are made with dies from tonic.
The flowers are from wild orchid. .The flousishes are  dies from noor designs. The bow was created using my Craft-Dee BowZ maker and you can find out how to get your own from HERE .

That's it from me .I hope you like my project and that you join us in this months challenge
Happy crafting

Seahorse Shaker Tag

Hi, it's Marty and it's my Tuesday to post on the Craft-Dee BowZ blog!   As a reminder, our monthly challenge is always ANYTHING GOES AND INCLUDE A HANDMADE BOW.  This month’s sponsor is Bugaboo Stamps and the winner of the May challenge will receive 4 free images.  They have an awesome variety of digital stamps, and there are new releases and freebies every week.

My project was inspired by a recent vacation in beautiful California:

I used Tim Holtz crinkle ribbon for my bow and decided to color it to match my project.  I used my bow tool to make 2 single-loop bows...the bow tool makes it so easy to make any size bow, single or multi-loop...there are helpful tutorials hereIf you don't have a bow tool, click here to order one.

If you'd like to know more about how I finished my project, please head over to my blog.

Thank you for stopping by today and we'd love to see you play along in the challenge - you could be our next winner!

Tracey will be back next Tuesday with a beautiful project, so don't forget to stop by.  Have an awesome day!

Happy Birthday

Hi Everyone
Just an edit - due to my ineptness, this post do not go live Tuesday as it should have so this is a few days late. So sorry
It's Barbara here and boy the first Tuesday of the month (now the first Thursday) came super fast this month.
Time for my post here at Craft-Dee BowZ.

The color orange is not one that I consider a favorite of mine however as I started making this card the card base looked best with the orange color I used.So............here it is

I made a double loop bow and it worked great with this card

I used my Craft-Dee BowZ tool to make my bow.
Not sure how to make a bow, not sure the tool is something you should buy,
click here to check out the tutorials that Donna has made.
These videos will walk you thru the how-to's.
 And it is so easy.

Visit my blog for additional info about my card.

Also just a reminder - the Craft-Dee BowZ monthly challenge is in progress and we are hoping that you submit an entry. The theme is always Anything Goes with a handmade Bow.
The winner will receive 4 digital images from our sponsor this month -
Bugaboo stamps

Stop back next Tuesday because Marty will be here to show off her May project.
And it's a great one (I had a sneak peek already, hehehe)

Erin Go Bragh

It's my Tuesday to post a card I've made for the challenge of ANYTHING GOES WITH A HANDMADE BOW over at Craft-Dee BowZ. My daughter has a small part of Irish in her heritage and looks Irish. She's got the freckles, the red hair and skin that doesn't tan. Her 3/4 Italian heritage hardly shows!  When I saw this image by Tiddly Inks named Chloe Good Luck, I knew I had to make a St. Patrick's Day for her with it. But, I couldn't post this until AFTER St. Patrick's Day so it's a little late getting posted.
I used some pretty lace that I have in my stock and threaded the same green satin ribbon through it that I made my pretty bow with. My sentiment is a rubber stamp that I curved and stamped on the image paper.
And here's that pretty green satin bow. I made a 4-looped bow with my little bow tool that made this so easy. The ribbon is 1/2" wide and tied together so perfectly with the assistance of the bow tool!
The team has made some beautiful projects to inspire you to join our challenge this month at Craft-Dee BowZ where the challenge is always ANYTHING GOES AND ADD A HAND MADE BOW. I hope you've followed us each Tuesday for inspiration and you still have a few more days to enter our challenge!

                                                                                                      Thanks for stopping by!
